FINANCIAL YEAR ACTIVITY ANGOLA Angola’s macroeconomic context continues to be conditioned by the performance of the Kwanza against major international currencies (US Dollar and Euro) and by domestic inflation, which showed a downward trend, ending the year at approximately 16%. There has been a gradual rise in fuel prices (due to the withdrawal of government subsidies), with the price of diesel undergoing two adjustments. These changes had a direct impact on citizens’ lives through the increase in taxi fares (the primary urban transport) and logistics costs, which indirectly affected the price of essential goods. Despite this context, Pizza Hut opened two new restaurants: one in the Novo Outlet Shopping in Viana / Zango, featuring table service, and another in XYAMI Shopping Kilamba, highlighting the importance the brand attaches to its development in Angola. By the end of 2025 the brand was operating four restaurants. With a view to offsetting the economic difficulties faced by our consumers, we maintained our focus on a strong promotional component, where a “Value” approach proved fundamental in addressing the challenges of the environment. Within this scope, Pizza Hut strengthened its promotional plan in external segments, specifically in take-away and aggregator service platforms. Regarding table service, the offering was also intensified by enhancing the Pizza Buffet, all-you-can-eat, children’s parties, and school visits. The digital and social media presence remains active, through the consolidation of our presence on Facebook and Instagram. In the field of training and people development, the brand continued to develop training plans and the skills of Management Team members, as well as identifying internal growth potential; new teams were 42
