CORPORATE GOVERNANCE REPORT 81. Indication of the annual remuneration earned in aggregate and individually, by the members of the Fiscal Board of the Company. The total remuneration received by the members of the Supervisory Board in 2025 was 21,670.01 euros. This total breaks down as follows: Charmain – Hermínio António Paulos Afonso: 4.070,01 euros; Member – Carlos Alberto Alves Lourenço: 8.800 euros; Member – Maria José Martins Lourenço da Fonseca: 8.800 euros; Substitute – Alice Da Assunção Castanho Amado: did not receive any remuneration. 82. Indication of the annual remuneration earned by the Chairman of the Shareholders’ General Meeting. Chairman of the Board – Prof. José Rodrigues de Jesus: € 1,500 per each General Shareholders’ Meeting chaired, having received a total of € 3,000 in 2025. V. Agreements with remuneration implications 83. Contractual limitations provided for compensation payable for unfair dismissal Managers and its re- lationship with the variable remuneration component. No contractual limitation is envisaged for the compensation payable for unfair dismissal of a director, nor is there any indication of a relationship with the variable component of remuneration (the variable component is not stipulated in the contract), being applicable to this case the legal dispositions. 306
