INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT REPORT 2025 Furthermore, the Ibersol Group has recently reviewed its identity matrix and is in the process of defining new future skills, in line with the Group’s values framework, which will guide the reskilling of current staff and the attraction of new talent. The Group is also attentive to a set of market trends, particularly with regard to new working models (remote and/or hybrid work, compensation options, etc.) which, as they gain popularity, may pose cultural and oper- ational challenges and/or opportunities, with a significant impact on the quality, efficiency and profitability of the business. Occupational Health and Safety The Labour Relations and Legal Labour Department is responsible for managing processes relating to occu- pational risks and for promoting workplace well being. The risks of occupational accidents or work related illnesses are managed through the following programmes and measures: (i) Risk assessment at the work- place and investigation of occupational accidents; (ii) Information and consultation of employees on Occu- pational Health and Safety matters; (iii) Training on safety principles and health promotion in the process of onboarding, recertification and change of duties; (iv) Implementation of Self Protection Measures in the Ib- ersol Group units; (v) Awareness raising and recognition programmes for good safety and health promotion practices; (vi) Audit programmes to monitor principles and practices in the workplace. Technological Risks Information systems are increasingly a pillar for the operation and development of organisations. These sys- tems are becoming more powerful and impactful on the activity and results of organisations, particularly in recent years, with the development of Artificial Intelligence, but at the same time they are exposed to great- er threats, with more significant effects, in particular disruption of their operation, theft of information and tampering with data through cybercrime. The Group is attentive to the legal and regulatory requirements in terms of information security (e.g. GDPR), as well as to the growing wave of cyber risks faced by organisations, especially in a context of increasing 289
