IBERSOL | Integrated Management Report | 2025

The responsibility for implementing the policy to combat hunger lies with the Group’s Marketing management for donations in value and with the sustainability department for the allocation of surplus products. Product donations are normally the responsibility of the business management that organizes the offer. The company’s relationship with the identified affected community is carried out through the company’s relationship with the organizations that receive donations and surplus food from it. The company selects partner organizations and, in the case of institutions that receive donations, the definition of the recipients of the aid is carried out by these institutions. The relationship between the company and the partner organizations is conducted between the company officials described above and the legitimate representatives of these institutions and, in most situations, is formally framed by a partnership agreement. The results of the anti-hunger policy are directly observed by the company and/or shared by the partner organizations. [DR ESRS S3-2] 5.3.3.2 Actions related to Affected Communities [DR ESRS S3-4] Below we illustrate the actions inherent to the policy of combating hunger in the communities where the company is present.
