IBERSOL | Integrated Management Report | 2025
NON-FINANCIAL STATEMENT The prioritization of initiatives to address material impacts, risks, and opportunities with a negative bias for the company’s employees is part of the normal management processes of the Ibersol Group. Whenever a situation is identified that puts employees or business objectives at risk (in connection with the workforce), the Ibersol Group’s quality management processes and proximity management culture ensure that this issue is highlighted in business reporting routines, leading to mitigation (short-term) and prevention (medium and long-term) actions and initiatives. Furthermore, the People Development and Labor Relations and Legal-Labor Departments have already implemented several controls in internal processes that help identify and better understand the scope and impact of the situations in question. The Group is developing quantitative objectives for managing impacts, risks, and material opportunities related to its own employees. 5.3.1.5 Characteristics of the company’s workers [DR ESRS S1-6] Number of employees as of December 31, 2025, by gender and country N.º Employees Men Women Total Portugal 2 426 2 781 5 207 Spain 921 1 539 2 460 Angola 201 246 447 Total 3 548 4 566 8 114 202
