NON-FINANCIAL STATEMENT • Employment and inclusion of people with disabilities - there is a partnership with an institution to support the hiring of people with disabilities; • Measures against violence and harassment in the workplace - in addition to a code to combat harassment in the workplace, the Ibersol Group has mechanisms for evaluating and addressing incidents of violence and harassment at work, as well as a management culture with close relationships and frequent reporting routines, in addition to having implemented a whistleblowing channel and an internal procedure that guarantees the protection of whistleblowers; • Diversity - the Ibersol Group has a diverse work environment in several dimensions (age, gender, religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, etc.) and has inclusive recruitment practices and training initiatives that contribute to fostering this environment; • Forced labor - internal training includes disseminating the principles of the United Nations and Human Rights, which helps to raise awareness among teams and prevent potential abuses; • Privacy - in addition to respecting legal rules regarding the protection of personal data (GDPR), the Group also guarantees the protection of image rights, particularly regarding access to images captured on its premises in a work context. Examples of concrete actions underway in response to identified risks and opportunities: • Adequate salaries - The People Development Department has been working on salary harmonization and incorporating non-monetary benefits (partnerships, agreements, access to various services, etc.) into the compensation package. In addition, there is a strong focus on merit recognition, so a review of the performance evaluation system is also being carried out, based on the Group’s values and their translation into expected skills and behaviors; 200
