INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT REPORT 2023 Ibersol Health Insurance The health of our employees is a constant concern for the Group. That’s why, in 2023, we also launched a Health Insur- ance scheme, covering all em- ployees with more than one year seniority and a permanent contract – which, by the end of 2023, totalled around 62% of our Staff. This insurance includes a number of benefits, as well as al- lowing access to online consultations.online. Internal Communication I-People iPeople magazine, an internal bi- monthly newsletter, which aims to be a vehicle for information and for sharing recognitions and celebra- tions among the Group’s employ- ees, is the result of the involvement of the Businesses and Departments in content production. The result- ing added value is the strengthen- ing of internal communication and the Ibersol Culture. As the Group is present in three mar- kets, the magazine is intended to reflect the global integration of the entire group, including news from the different locations and translat- ed into the respective languages. Six editions were published in 2023. 225
