PEOPLE AND COMMUNITIES Staff Development Training and Education The Ibersol Group promotes a culture of learning, which contributes to employee development and drives talent retention, increased productivity and improved overall results for the organisation. It in- vests in initial and career-structuring training programmes, carried out through its digital “Ibersol Academy” platform and the brands’ training platforms. This format combines e-learning with on-the-job training, which is crucial for transmitting the company’s values and guiding principles, as well as the knowledge and skills that are funda- mental for integrating employees into their jobs. It also offers a wide range of training each year, in response to the development needs identified by the Performance Management Sys- tem and the strategic reflection process, given by external or internal trainers who specialise in the topics to be developed, enabling the continuous development of employees and establishing a solid basis for their personal and professional growth.
