Other Businesses This business area includes the spaces that are operated by the Group under a concession contract, namely: VOG Tecmaia, Exponor and Esta- ção CP de Campanhã. All the units that are part of this business are very different from each other, not only due to the public that uses them but also due to the needs that they aim to fulfil. Based on these different targets, we have been designing an adjusted of- fer that addresses the customers’ expectations, seeking to exceed them whenever possible. The Blue Café (in Campanhã) and VOG units maintain their certification according to the NP EN ISO 22000 standard. In addition, and unprece- dented within the Group, the VOG unit maintained the certifications in the most demanding standards: NP ISO 9001, NP ISO 14001 and NP OH- SAS 18001. CONCESSIONS PORTUGAL 96
