ORGANISATIONAL PROFILE RISK MANAGEMENT Given the nature of our business, our corporate reality is highly volatile, per- manently exposed to challenges, transformations and changes, which implies accelerated management. Only by anticipating risks systematically and which cut across all business areas will we be able to define suitable strategies to prevent adversity and create an environment conducive to sustainable and continuous improvement. The Ibersol Group has risk controlmechanisms in placewhich are duly supported by internal procedures and standards. The information available - namely con- solidated Financial and Accounting, Human Resources, Quality, Procurement, Logistics andMarketing plans, objectives, processes, procedures and indicators - allowus to conduct real-time assessments in different risk scenarios. Concur- rently, the Group is prepared to reassess and redefine established strategies and implemented plans, at any time. We are aware of the risks inherent to the different activities we carry out, and that’swhy some business areas aremanaged directly by operating departments, taking their particularities into account. 22
