INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT REPORT 2025 As always, catering activities maintained a sharp focus on food safety, occupational health and safety, and service quality, with continuous investment in the training, monitoring, and honing of teams, ensuring high operational standards and customer satisfaction. In the sport segment, the operation at the Alvalade Stadium stands out, where 31 matches were held in 2025 – 27 involving Sporting Clube de Portugal and three involving the National Team – as well as the UEFA Women’s Champions League final. In total, more than 78,000 meals were served throughout the season. Due to the arrival of a new business partner at Futebol Clube do Porto, we were unable to bid for the stadium catering contract, at the end of our contract term. At the Cristiano Ronaldo Academy, a dedicated team remained in place to provide nutritional and operational support to Sporting Clube de Portugal athletes, ensuring a service tailored to the demands of high-performance sport, as well as ongoing support for the club’s technical teams and staff. During the year, we also provided services for Sporting Clube de Portugal’s primary institutional initiatives and events. Sales by our subsidiaries operating in the catering sector exceed 21 million euros, which positions us as one of the leading operators in the Portuguese market. 81
