IBERSOL | Integrated Management Report | 2025
INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT REPORT 2025 ANGOLA KFC in Angola ended 2025 with 12 restaurants, following a new opening in December at the XYAMI Shop- ping in Kilamba. We are continuing with our refurbishment programme, having recently revamped the look of our restau- rants in Morro Bento and Zango. In terms of supplies, we have continued our ongoing search for local suppliers to replace imported products, and have identified two potential chicken suppliers who we hope will soon be supplying our restaurants. Despite the challenge of the context, and in view of a robust communication and marketing strategy focus- ing on “Everyday” and “Disruptive Value”, KFC continues to demonstrate positive progress in transactions and sales. We highlight a strong commitment to the “Streetwise” promotional component, featuring three price-dif- ferentiated offers: the continued success of the Wednesday Promo, “Super Fridays”, and the “Muito por Pouco” [Much for Little] campaigns, offering highly competitive quality-to-price ratios. The brand strengthened its communication plan and digital momentum, seeing a growth in the number of fans. We maintained investment in other media channels, such as billboards and radio. A Street Basketball tournament was organised, receiving significant institutional coverage in sports media and beyond, in which the winning team received a prize of 1.5 million Kwanzas. The brand continued with its plan for the ongoing training of employees and management teams to en- hance the development of local executive know-how, in addition to the recruitment and training of the new team for the restaurant opened in December. As part of its social responsibility initiatives, we participated once again, alongside the Pizza Hut brand, in the “ADD HOPE” social support initiative against hunger. 59
