Description of the Ibersol Group 2.5 Governing bodies Board of Directors Defines the strategy of the different companies in which the Ibersol Group has a stake, ensuring that strategic objectives are met, organising and coordinating the corporate structure and the company’s main policies, and analysing and setting limits on risk-taking.
