The Directors António Alberto Guerra Leal Teixeira and António Carlos Vaz Pinto de Sousa hold, respectively through the Companies Calum - Serviços de Gestão, SA. (in which the former holds a 68.30% shareholding) and Dunbar -Serviços de Gestão, SA. (in which the latter has a 50.96% shareholding), control of ATPS SGPS, SA., a company to which a 52.45% shareholding in the share capital of Ibersol, SGPS SA is attributed, participation which is also imputed to them individually. The company Fergie - Serviços e Gestão, S.A., which holds 11.13% of the share capital and voting rights of Ibersol, SGPS, S.A., is 100% owned by EIS - Engenharia, Indústria e Serviços, SGPS, Lda., which, in turn, is owned by Pedro André Gonçalves Teixeira (who holds a 45% shareholding), son of director António Alberto Guerra Leal Teixeira, and by Pedro Barbosa Vaz Pinto de Sousa (who holds a 22.50% stake) and Diogo Barbosa Vaz Pinto de Sousa (who holds a 22.50% stake), the latter two sons of director António Carlos Vaz Pinto de Sousa. 259
