INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT REPORT 2025 The Board of Directors would like to begin by expressing its gratitude to all the Group’s employees and to the franchisees of our brands for the professionalism, commitment and enthusiasm they have shown in overcoming the challenges that characterised the financial year under review. Throughout this year, our customers have continued to choose our restaurants, demonstrating the trust they place in our brands. This recognition was only possible thanks to the combined contribution of employees, franchisees, franchisers, suppliers and other partners, whose support was crucial. We would also like to express our gratitude to the banking institutions and the shareholder structure which, over the years, have supported the organisation, reaffirming their confidence in our project. The Supervisory Board, Auditors and Statutory Auditor also deserve recognition for their constant collaboration and willingness to engage in dialogue, which they demonstrated in monitoring and assessing the company’s management.
