IBERSOL | Integrated Management Report | 2025

INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT REPORT 2025 Regarding working hours, the Ibersol Group seeks to offer increasingly tailored schedule solutions to the specificities of the business and the needs of employees (e.g., part-time and/or specific day options, which are sought in the job market and/or serve to address certain seasonal fluctuations). As for work-life balance, the Ibersol Group faces significant challenges, especially during peak periods, which are summer and the end of the year. The focus on digitalization and the efficiency of operational processes has resulted in better demand forecasting and optimized store operations, allowing for reduced uncertainty and less unpredictable human resource management. Workplace accidents are the subject of a set of concrete, direct and indirect actions aimed at minimizing and, if possible, eliminating them. From the outset, all employees undergo specific and general training for their role, in which they are alerted to the risks they are exposed to and the best practices and preventive measures to be applied. The optimization of operations in their different aspects (processes, layouts, ergonomics, cleaning, safety equipment, work tools, etc.) also contributes to reducing the frequency and severity of workplace accidents. On the other hand, routines for monitoring incidents and periodic surveys focusing on workplace accident risks allow for an appropriate corrective and preventive approach. Employment opportunities and the integration of people with disabilities are significant challenges at the operational level of the Group, considering the physical, mental, and relational resilience required in store operations. In terms of central and more administrative functions, integration is simpler and there is already some representation, but it is recognized that there is potential to increase opportunities and more actively promote the integration of people with disabilities. 197
