INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT REPORT 2025 5.2.7 Policies related to Pollution [DR ESRS E2-1] To meet the objective of protecting the environment, the company has defined a pollution control policy structured around the following dimensions: - reduction of air, water, and soil pollution - reduction in the use of plastics. This policy relates to the material impacts resulting from the materiality analysis for topic E2 Pollution, described in point 5.1.9 above in this report. The pollutants targeted by the policy are: for air, CO2 (carbon dioxide), CO (carbon monoxide), CH4 (methane), and N2O (nitrous oxide); for water, used cooking oil residues; and for soils, fertilizers and plant protection products. The reduction in the use of plastics aims to avoid pollution associated with their production process and also to prevent the associated generation of microplastics. This policy applies to the entire Group. The implementation of this policy is the responsibility of the Group’s Sustainability Team. The implementation of this policy strongly depends on the collaboration of relevant stakeholders in the value chain, namely logistics operators, agricultural producers, the food industry, and packaging suppliers. In this regard, appropriate coordination will be carried out with these stakeholders for the dissemination and promotion of this policy. 175
