The FrescCo brand was created in 1994 with the opening of its first restaurant in Barcelona. With over 29 years’ experience, the brand is committed to offering customers a healthy eating option based on the values of the Med- iterranean diet, using fresh, seasonal produce to prepare the best Mediterranean dishes and salads. The restaurant’s concept is the “Market Buffet” is conceived as an evolution of the free buffet, allowing customers to adapt their menus according to their preferences. This new culinary proposal is based on fresh market products with guaranteed quality, ideal for those looking for a balanced and healthy diet with the best value for money. In addition, the new restaurants have a complete Kitchen & Grill area, where you can enjoy the best pizzas, grilled meats and fish, as well as burgers freshly prepared in front of the customer.
