This result reflects the difference between functions with different levels of responsibility, namely be- tween an executive board with responsibility for several markets and the operational functions that make up the majority of the workforce. At the same time, the gender pay gap indicator (Average F pay / Average M pay) was 1.005, revealing a residual difference of just 0.5% between the average pay of Women and Men in comparable roles, 212
