CONSOLIDATED FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE The financial autonomy ratio in 2024 continues to demonstrate the balance of the capital structure, standing at 45.0%, compared to 49.8% in 2023. CAPEX and Investments In 2024, CAPEX reached 41.5 million euros, corresponding to investment in: - Expansion: value corresponding to 43 new restaurants opened (32.9 million euros); - Refurbishments/renovations: 36 units in Portugal and Spain (4.3 million euros); - Ongoing and other current investments totalling €4.3 million. Through the acquisition of NRS, tangible and intangible fixed assets amounting to 30.2 million euros were incorporated. In December 2024, an operation was carried out to acquire 25% of the capital of several companies that own 10 KFC restaurants in Galicia, which amounted to 3 million euros overall.
