INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT REPORT 2023 Once again, this year the Board of Directors would first of all like to express its appreciation to all the Group’s employees and brand franchises, for their great resilience in a time marked by the return to normal after an unprecedented health crisis, and a new era in terms of relations between superpowers, with war in Europe. This was a year in which our customers confirmed their preference for our res- taurants, in a clear sign of confidence, made possible only due to the coopera- tion and support of our franchisees, our suppliers, and other partners. A word of thanks to the banking institutions and the shareholding structure that have accompanied us over the years, for the trust they deposit in our or- ganisation. Finally, we must also acknowledge the tireless cooperation and capacity for dialogue shown by the Audit Committee, Auditors and Statutory Auditor when monitoring and examining the company’s management.
