INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT REPORT 2022 • Corruption The Ibersol Group operates within a sector and business model that is highly regulated and scrutinised by its international business part- ners and independent auditing entities (namely at the level of eligi- ble suppliers and at the level of quality assurance and food safety). On the other hand, the Ibersol Group has implemented and is com- mitted to strengthening anti-corruption measures, such as the Anti- Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Act and the availability of the Whistleblowing Channel. • Taxation The Ibersol Group and its subsidiaries comply with all legal tax rules, and there is no record of any controversy related to any non-compli- ance at this level. • Competition The Ibersol Group has never been the target of unfair competition proceedings by the economic supervision authorities, neither at an operational level (ASAE), nor at a transactional level (AdC). 243
