Restaurants blends potato and onion tortil- las with pulled pork and several cheeses. Two of the most emblematic of its recipes in the Tex Mex range were also changed: “Nachos Frontera” and “Fajitas de Pollo”. Ribs continues to focus on ma- jor American celebrations (4th of July, Halloween, and Christmas), and offers a completely safe, gen- uine, and different experience. This year was also marked by the continued growth of the deliv- ery channel in all self-owned and franchised restaurants, with pro- motions and special menus. With the goal of improving op- erations and services in the res- taurants during the pandemic, the brand reduced its range of products, in order to simplify pro- cesses. At the Human Resources level, we continue to perfect our train- ing processes, having introduced tools from the Ibersol Academy (Moodle training platform) in all the restaurants, both self-owned and franchised. 96
