ANNUAL REPORT 2021 This year, besides the Board’s Christmas message which was published online to be viewed by staff in Portugal, Spain, and Angola, we also al- lowed our teams to wish their colleagues in the Group a “Merry Christ- mas” and “Happy Holidays”, finding creative ways to share the Christ- mas spirit that manifests itself in our restaurants and offices during this Christmas season. In place of the usual invitation to the Christmas dinner, our employees were given a Gift Card, Meal Box, and a Christmas Card. Instead of the Christmas Circus, all our employees’ children were given a voucher to enjoy a meal of their choice in an Ibersol Group restaurant, encouraging them to get to know a new brand or to visit the children’s favourites. 181
