These included protection measures for staff (visors, surgi- cal masks, gloves, disinfectant, temperature detection, acrylic protection for client contacts, among others). Measures for safeguarding customers were also implemented (safety dis- tance markings on the floor, man- datory disinfectant at the doors, acrylic protections at the coun- ters, mandatory social distancing and other legal measures that were decreed in the meantime, especially during the full or par- tial lockdown periods). The brand strengthened its digi- tal communications plan, via Fa- cebook and Instagram, having seen its fanbase rise to 343,000 fans on Facebook and 18,530 on Instagram, otherwise maintain- ing communication through digi- tal tools, outdoors, and radio. We continue to invest heavily in staff training, to improve the know-how of our local employ- ees and management. 113
