Meeting of the Fiscal Board. The Statutory Audit Committee meets at least once each quarter. In 2020, five formal meetings pf this Body were held. The President was present in all meetings and the rate of attendance of all the other active members was 100%. The minutes of meeting are registered in proper book. 36. Availability of each member with description of positions held in other companies inside and outside the group and other relevant activities carried out. All the members of the Statutory Audit Committee consistently demon- strated their availability to perform their functions, having attended all the meetings and taken part in the work.
