2019 ANNUAL REPORT The Burger King Spain restau- rants operated by the Ibersol Group, reached the end of 2019 with 37 restaurants. Two of the- se are new and eight others were refurbished. An important novelty in 2019 was the expansion of home deli- very services to aggregator pla- tforms. During the year almost all the restaurants were fitted with fast ordering kiosks, which were well received by the clients. In terms of communication, the- re were some very relevant na- tionwide campaigns centred on increasing and recovering traffic and supported by strong pro- motional activity. Ibersol Group’s Spanish Bur- ger Kings were recognised by Burger King International as the Best Burger King Franchise Operators, having obtained the best Operational Audit indica- tors and the best Customer Sa- tisfaction Evaluations. SPAIN With regards to Social Respon- sibility, Burger King participated in various community outreach projects, including the “Thanks to Many” initiative, in partnership with the Portuguese Federation of Food Banks. The brand renewed certification according to ISO 22000 norms for 4 restaurants: Alameda Sho- pping, Norte Shopping, Colombo and Cascais. 73
