ANNUAL REPORT 2018 The application of IAS17 to new concessions of leases had an impact of 1.3 million euros on the supplies and external services item, due to the linearisation of guaranteed income over the contractual period of the new concessions. Minus this impact, the weight of this item would rep- resent 33.0% of the business volume of 2018. Other Operational Costs Other operational costs amounted to 3.1 million euros and include around 1.2 million euros in fees and taxes and a further 1.1 million in im- pairments of operational credits. Amortisations and Impairment Losses Amortisations and impairment losses in 2018 amounted to 29.8 million euros, representing 6.6% of business volume. Recognised impairment losses of tangible and intangible assets amount- ed to 3.4 million euros. 111
