Counters In 2017, focus was maintained on the 20/20 strategy, initiated in 2015, with the aim of positioning the brand among the leaders in Modern Res- taurant Services in Portugal. This strategy, which is based on meeting Customer expectations, is reflected in the permanent investment in the operations – Product, Service and Innovation –, in valuing and training the employees, re-vamping the image of the current restaurants and opening new restaurants. The brand reached the end of 2017 with 389 employees and 22 units, ha- ving inaugurated 4 new restaurants in the cities of Porto, Lisbon, Loulé and Braga. PORTUGAL 68
