Permanence of functions The Statutory Auditor has been a member of the Company from 2005 to the present, having been granted authorization with Reference SAI-OFIC / 2017/5733 issued on April 26, 2017, by the Supervision and Audit Department of the CMVM, as the proper authorization for the respective term of office until the first months of 2018 in order to ensure the issuance of the audit documentation related to the 2017 financial year. Consequently, at the next Annual General Meeting of 2018 of this Company, the appointment of a new Statutory Auditor and the respective Representative will take place. 41.
